Brother Christopher A. Bradley (Chris) was introduced to the Church of Christ from a very young age and he has been a member of the Lord’s church for 23 years. While growing up in Trenton, New Jersey, Bro. Bradley’s family attended the N. Clinton Avenue Church of Christ where Bro. Clarence E. Matthews Sr. was and is still the minister.
After graduating from Trenton Central High School, Bro. Bradley chose to begin a life of service by enlisting in the United States Army. During his six years in the Army he was stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany, Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and he is a veteran of Desert Shield & Desert Storm 90’- 91.
After honorably serving his country, Bro. Bradley left the armed services and returned to the N. Clinton Avenue Church of Christ in 1994, where he was baptized and became a servant of the Lord. While there, Bro. Bradley met Sister Kisha Allen and they have been faithfully married since September 14, 1996. From their union, they have four wonderful children—Aaron, Tyler, Nicholas, and Kristina.
Shortly after his marriage to Sis. Bradley, Bro. Matthews began mentoring and instructing Bro. Bradley in how to study and preach God’s word. Bro. Bradley has served as the Interim Minister for the Camden Church of Christ, Assistant Minister of the N. Clinton Avenue Church of Christ, and has preached the gospel and spoken at several youth conferences and rallies, gospel meetings, and regional lectureships.
Bro. Bradley attended Cairn University, formally Philadelphia Bible University and the Burlington County College, where he graduated with honors with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He is currently seeking to continue his education by transferring to the Sunset International Bible Institute.
